Applicable procedure for the notification or application for wet-lease and wet-wet approval when they are short-term (less than 6 months) (dry lease), notification of franchise contracts and application for approval of pre-lists for emergency wet leases.

To whom it is addressed

Any natural/legal person who enters into a contract for the lease of registered EC aircraft, or without EC being an intervener, is of Spanish nationality.

Alternate means of compliance
